The GA250 Gyro Hardware
Inside the GA250 you can find an ATmega8 and a mems sensor ISZ-650 from InvenSense. Take a look on the OlliW's site for pcb details and schematics.
This gyro is made by ASSAN. You can buy it from HobbyKing.
